Send an inquiry
Use the form below for quotations and product questions. The fastest inquiries to price are the ones that arrive with an item list, quantities and a destination market; the sections under the form explain what to include and how to describe a project that is still at sketch stage.

What to send with the first message
Name the families or models you are looking at, in the words you would use with your own customer if the final selection is still open. If the inquiry covers a whole system rather than individual items, describe the site instead: the kind of place it is, the areas that need sound, and the announcements or music it must carry. Either shape gives the quotation a starting point; a message that only asks for a price list cannot be priced against anything.
Quantities and the destination market
Put a quantity next to each item, even an approximate one — amplifier and loudspeaker pricing turns on volume, and a system list is balanced differently for a single site than for a programme of sites. Add the destination market, since packaging, documentation and configuration are prepared per market. If quantities will be staged across several shipments, say so in the message field and list the first stage in full.
If the project is still at sketch stage
Sketch-stage inquiries are welcome. Describe the setting — a school, a hospital wing, a factory park, a scenic area, a group of villages — and the announcement patterns it needs: scheduled bells, zoned paging, emergency-linked announcements, background music, or several of these together. Note any areas where sound must stay low, any outdoor runs, and any existing network the system should ride on. That is enough to sort the equipment into a system list for quotation.
Keeping the inquiry record together
Keep your own copy of the item list as sent, with the quantities and the destination market noted beside it. If the selection changes while the quotation is being prepared, send the revised list as a new message rather than editing the old one in correspondence, so the version being priced is never in doubt.
